Resident Evil HD Gets Release Dates
Today, Capcom shined the light on their best-selling Resident Evil franchise to announce the release dates of the upcoming HD versions of two classic iterations in the series.
Resident Evil 4 HD will be available to download on September 20th, while Resident Evil Code: Veronica HD will hit Xbox LIVE a week later on September 27th.
Resident Evil Code: Veronica and Resident Evil 4 were released in 2000 and 2005 respectively. To celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the series, Capcom announced earlier this year they would be re-releasing them to current generation consoles with updated HD graphics.
Some fans may remember Resident Evil 4 featured bonus content when it was ported numerous times, including the companion story "Separate Ways" and exclusive weapons. The publisher's panel revealed that this content will also be included with the download.
Without specifics, Capcom also promised "budget pricing" for the titles.
You can download your sleepless nights from the Games on Demand section of the marketplace this fall with Resident Evil 4 HD dropping on September 20th and Resident Evil Code: Veronica HD arriving on September 27th
